The Enigma Group (Chamber Orchestra of the Zaragoza Auditorium), in its desire to reinforce its commitment to the dissemination of 20th and current music, develops this series of lectures which, under the title of "El Oído Extenedido", aims to bring the world of academia closer to that of musical performance and vice versa; as well as to make known a part of the musical repertoire less known to the general public.
The activity will be linked to the Enigma Group concerts held at the Zaragoza Auditorium, which serve as a basis for discussing and analyzing the evolution of musical and artistic language. Musicologists, composers, and thinkers such as Marina Hervás, Agustín Sánchez Vidal, and Carolina Cerezo have already participated in the series.
This cycle is carried out in collaboration with the Department of Musical, Plastic and Bodily Expression of the University of Zaragoza, and is subsidized by the Vice-Rectorate of Culture and Social Projection of the University of Zaragoza.
All the lectures are available on the Enigma Group's YouTube channel.
